In particular, viewing the total solar eclipse will be weather dependent, and there is always a chance that passengers will not be able to view totality or view it only for a short period of time. lunatravelers.com does not make any guarantee as to the viewing of the total solar eclipse. • One registration form must be submitted for each room booked. If you are sharing a room with someone, please add them as a guest during your registration process, pay for both travelers and do not submit a 2nd registration form.

Pricing Information:

* Price based on double occupancy.
* To secure a reservation, initial deposit of 25% with a completed reservation form is required.
* Children (5-11 years old) – maximum 1 child sharing a room with 2 parents – 70% of adult fare ($4200)
* Children 12+ are treated as adults and must pay the adult fare.
* 2nd payment 25% due January 1, 2026
* 3rd payment 25% due May 1, 2026
* 4th payment 25% due December 1, 2026
* Final payment due May 1, 2027

* Payments can be made by check, bank wire transfer or credit card (with an additional 3.5% processing fee).

Cancellations:

* From the date of booking until August 31, 2025, 100% of the initial deposit are fully refundable. 
* In case you cancel in between September 1, 2025 and  December 31, 2025, 100% of the initial deposit are fully refundable. 
* In case you cancel in between January 2, 2026 and  April 31, 2026, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
* In case you cancel in between May 2, 2026 and  November 30, 2026, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
* In case you cancel any time during 2027, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Insurance:

* Travel insurance is required. If your insurance covers you internationally, that is great. If not, we recommend Allianz trip insurance (www.allianztravelinsurance.com) and that all travelers purchase their insurance within 7 days of their initial reservation to take advantage of any pre-existing condition clause. Outside the US or if you choose to buy your own insurance the minimum coverage is for $1,000,000 USD emergency evacuation and repatriation and $50,000USD emergency medical PER PERSON. 

Room Sharing:

* This tour has a limited number of single rooms available. Most single travelers will be asked to room share. If you are traveling alone, you may save quite a bit of money by opting to share a room. We will match solo travelers of the same gender so that they can share a double occupancy room with two beds. We will do our best to match travelers but if we cannot find a match for you then you will be required to pay the single occupancy price if a single room is available.
